Event Rules for the Jingle Bell Jamboree

To ensure a fun, festive, and smooth experience for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

1. Children Must Be Present: This event is designed to create special memories for the kids, so all children must be present to participate in the activities.

2. One Trip Through the Line: Each child will have one opportunity to go through the line to receive their stocking and a special gift.

3. First Come, First Serve: All gifts, stockings, and activities are available while supplies last. Arriving early is encouraged to make the most of the event!

4. Free Participation: There is no cost for children to play the carnival games, win tickets, or shop for gifts for their parents or caregivers. Each child will receive tokens to play each game once for free, and they’ll win every time!

5. One Shopping Session Per Child: To ensure fairness, each child will have one opportunity to shop for gifts using their tickets.

6. Adult Supervision Required: Parents or guardians must accompany children at all times. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

7. No Reserving Items: Gifts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and specific items cannot be reserved for any participant.

8. Lost Tickets or Tokens: We are not responsible for any lost tickets or tokens during the event. Please encourage your child to keep them safe.

9. Social Media Photos: We may take photos during the event to share on social media to highlight the day’s festivities. If you prefer not to have your child photographed, please let a staff member know upon arrival.

10. Respect for Others: Let’s spread the holiday spirit by being kind, patient, and respectful to all attendees, volunteers, and staff.
