Brandon Manworren was charged after the child told police she had been touched "several times" by them in order to determine if she had previously been sexually assaulted by someone else. The Indiana Department of Family Services became involved when a school counselor advised them of the information. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Both defendants have posted bail.
